Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga where all postures are performed with the support of a chair whilst sitting or standing. This type of yoga makes it more accessible to a wider range of age groups and ability. This 5 Part Chair Yoga Series – covers the upper body, spine and core, hips and pelvis, lower body and culminates into a full body focus flow. Gently move, breathe and stretch your whole body to improve balance, mobility and flexibility.
