“Yoga for Gratitude” is a 6 class series designed to help you slow down, tune out the world and allow yourself to open to the beauty of the present moment. Cultivate deep gratitude and appreciation for your life. This embodied practice allows you to drop in to your body and breath so you can experience the world through the eyes of gratitude. This series is for you, whether you’re a beginner or an advanced yogi. The classes have been created for all levels of experience to enjoy.
