Yoga was introduced to Diane at a time in her life when the stress and demands of her personal goals and career brought her health into the spotlight.  Diane has developed a strong love for this ancient practice and the personal journey it is taking her on through meditation, pranayama (breath work) and asana practice. Diane is passionate about guiding others on their own individual journey to restore balance to their lives and learn skills to manage their everyday demands through yoga.

Diane believes that yoga is a reflection of our life, and a Power Flow class is one great inhale and exhale where the breath moves the body from posture to posture. Diane brings this belief into her teaching by delivering a strong Power Flow class balanced with movement and rest.  While enjoying a dynamic Power Flow class, Diane is also drawn to how the practice can help us turn inward, be present and accepting of yourself. Yoga for Diane is all-encompassing and sometimes it might be a strong Power Flow class you need, but other days it might be resting in child’s pose, or turning inward through a meditation practice.
