The “Heart of Presence” is a 6 class series designed to help you quieten and focus the mind, whilst connecting to the inner wisdom of your heart.

You’ll be guided through gentle flow classes that incorporate a special blend of meditation, breathwork, and relaxation to help infuse and realign your entire being.

Bringing to life mindfulness practices, storytelling, and self-inquiry, with breath and movement to integrate through the body. You’ll be equipped to take on everyday life when you step off your mat.

This series is for you, whether you’re a beginner or an advanced yogi. The classes have been created for all levels of experience to enjoy.

Class 2: Journey Inward (25 mins)

Class 3: Intimacy of Now (30 mins)

Class 4: Inner Alignment (30 mins)

ZenThai Flow – 5 Part Yoga Series

ZenThai Flow is a “movement-based” practice that has evolved from the healing modality of Zenthai.

This free flowing yoga asana and Qi series involves vitalising the meridians (energy) of the body, with the intention of supporting overall well-being and dealing with existing imbalances.

Tuning into the 5 elements from Taosim and Chinese Medicine and embodying these elements with yoga.

You will soon appreciate Sally’s beautiful Yogic and Zen philosophies through the Series which offer a refreshing lens of perception to quiet the mind, direct attention and to embody peace and harmony.

Sally Meredith

Sally has always had a passion for exploring inner-space and really getting to know ourselves. As a child she remembers having a thirst for the profound peace and spirit she would discover through dance, yoga, meditation and being in nature. Since she could walk, Sally has been wholeheartedly invested in embodied expression, from dance to yoga, to circus and healing arts.

Being intrigued by the experiential anatomy of our bodies and timeless yogic concepts, Her classes will guide you on a poetic journey with your breath, body and heart. Her yoga practice is a dance that invites fluidity and aliveness to the body, mind and spirit. A dance that guides us back home to our true and natural state of being.

How do I use A Live Yogi?

You sign up for a membership and gain unlimited access to all online yoga & meditation classes. Choose a class, roll out your mat, and get started. 

What styles of yoga does A Live Yogi offer?

We have all kinds of yoga from power vinyasa to gentle flow, yin, kundalini, meditation and mindfulness. We offer classes for beginners through to advanced yogis. 

I’ve never done yoga before. Is this suitable for me?

Absolutely. Yoga is suitable for every body. You’ve just got to be willing to roll out your mat and give it a go. You will see we have many styles and many levels. Try a class under our Beginner’s category or complete our Beginners Series to familiarise yourself with the practice and a few of the more common poses. Remember, one of the biggest no-no’s in yoga is judgement – so be kind on yourself – no one was ever born ready to do a handstand!

What devices does A Live Yogi work on?

A Live Yogi is 100% web based, so practice on any device that you access the internet on. Smartphones, tablets, desktops and laptops. If you’re set up at home to push videos from your device to a TV screen (via Chromecast or Apple TV) this should work with A Live Yogi classes too.
