In this four-part series Kundalini Series, Margot Cameron guides you through kriyas designed specifically to tap into the most authentic part of your being. When we can embody our fullest expression with allowance and understanding of all parts of ourselves then we start to live authentically. Through this series, find clarity and balance for body and mind.

Margot Cameron

Margot first discovered Yoga as a teenager, and was completely amazed by the benefit it had for her ability to focus and concentrate on her studies. Later on as an adult, whilst studying Kinesiology, she was introduced to Kundalini Yoga. At this stage her interest in metaphysical sciences and the healing arts was in full swing, so Kundalini spoke straight to her growing awareness of subtle energy and the intricacies of the mind/body connection. She quickly took up a daily practice, and fell in love with Mantra, and it’s effects it had for calming the mind and body.

She has taught locally and overseas, loves facilitating workshops and making Kundalini yoga an accessible tool for every day life. She provides a warm, and nurturing environment for you to practice in.

How do I use A Live Yogi?

What styles of yoga does A Live Yogi offer?

We have all kinds of yoga from power vinyasa to gentle flow, yin, kundalini, meditation and mindfulness. We offer classes for beginners through to advanced yogis. 

I’ve never done yoga before. Is this suitable for me?

Absolutely. Yoga is suitable for every body. You’ve just got to be willing to roll out your mat and give it a go. You will see we have many styles and many levels. Try a class under our Beginner’s category or complete our Beginners Series to familiarise yourself with the practice and a few of the more common poses. Remember, one of the biggest no-no’s in yoga is judgement – so be kind on yourself – no one was ever born ready to do a handstand!

What devices does A Live Yogi work on?

A Live Yogi is 100% web based, so practice on any device that you access the internet on. Smartphones, tablets, desktops and laptops. If you’re set up at home to push videos from your device to a TV screen (via Chromecast or Apple TV) this should work with A Live Yogi classes too.
