To raise awareness for this very important topic we are running a 7 Day Be Mindful for Mental Health Challenge here on A Live Yogi.
We recognise and respect the effect that poor mental health has on a community. When one of us is down, we feel it.
We also see every day, the amazing healing and calming abilities of yoga and mindfulness, and we want to share it with you.
Monday 8 October will be Day 1 of our Mindfulness Challenge, with each day providing you some food for thought on mindfulness and mental health.
